The wig must be unused and in its original condition.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Standard delivery takes 7-14 days depending on the wig you ordered.

We also offer same-day collection for most units. The collection point is in London.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for missing parcels that have been marked as delivered.
