You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow a further 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected — if an item is faulty or not as described, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
In the rare event that a one-of-a-kind item is sold to two customers simultaneously, we will issue a full refund to the second customer within 3-5 business days.
Standard delivery takes 7-14 days depending on the wig you ordered.
We also offer same-day collection for most units. The collection point is in London.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for missing parcels that have been marked as delivered.
